We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Vehicle Pricing & Availability

• All vehicle prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). • Prices are subject to change without prior notice and do not constitute a binding offer. • Vehicle availability is subject to change and may not reflect real-time stock levels. • A formal purchase agreement is required before any transaction is finalized. • TTD prices are estimated conversions and may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. • Financing availability and terms are subject to approval and may vary.

5. Quote Requests

• Quote requests submitted through the Site are inquiries, not binding agreements. • We aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours during business days. • Quotes provided are valid for the period specified in the response and are subject to vehicle availability. • Rush Performance Imports reserves the right to decline any quote request.

6. Document Uploads

When uploading documents to your account, you agree that: • All documents are genuine, accurate, and belong to you. • You have the right to share the documents with Rush Performance Imports. • Rush Performance Imports may verify uploaded documents as part of our due diligence process. • Documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. • You may delete your documents at any time through your account dashboard. Accepted document types include: identification documents, driver's licenses, proof of address, insurance documents, and other supporting documents.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Rush Performance Imports or its licensors. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. • Vehicle images and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may differ from actual vehicles.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. User Conduct
