Warranty Conditions
Coverage applies to the registered owner and vehicle only. Conditional upon strict servicing compliance.
Warranty Against Corrosion
Corrosion coverage is limited to perforation — holes caused by rust that penetrate through the vehicle body.
Perforation corrosion only — valid for 1 year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first
- –Surface rust
- –Stone chips and scratches
- –Damage from wear or exposure
- –External impact damage
Paint, Trim & Appearance
- Cosmetic issues must be reported immediately upon vehicle delivery
- Bodywork adjustments must be completed within 30 days of purchase
- Normal wear and weather exposure are not covered
- All bodywork must be completed by Rush Performance Imports or an authorized garage
Failure to report cosmetic issues within the required timeframe releases the dealer from responsibility for those items.
Authorized Repairs Only
All servicing, repairs, bodywork, and part installations must be completed by Rush Performance Imports unless explicitly approved in writing by the dealership.
Unauthorized work will result in automatic and permanent warranty voidance.
